Poland’s Katarzyna Twardowska and Filipa Mourao of Portugal will compete in flyweight bout under K-1 rules at Celtic Gladiator 12, which takes place at the Civic Hall in Grays (Essex).

Katarzyna “Choinka” Twardowska is 29 years old and from Lodz. She lives in London and trains Muay Thai under Michal Manki at The Fighter’s Factory (TFF) in London. The Pole modelled her style on the famous Mike Zambidis and utilises strong boxing.

22-year-old Filipa Mourao lives in Lisbon and represents the KO Team, where she is coached by Joao Diogo. Her martial arts idol is Polish UFC Champion, Joanna Jędrzejczyk.

Celtic Gladiator 12 takes place on the 20th May in the Civic Hall at Blackshots Lane, Grays, Essex.
